  • Recording of a comprehensive Owners Levy Accounts Receivable Ledger (i.e. levy debtors ledger) – this includes the monthly billing of all charges to owners.
  • The collection of all monthly levy accounts and the subsequent banking and accounting thereof.
  • Recording of the receipts and payments cash book. We will pay all the monthly accounts payable.
  • Recording of the general ledger for the entity.
  • Preparation of monthly income and expenditure statements.
  • Payment of salaries and wages and the maintenance of a payroll.
  • Preparation of financial statements.
  • Organising all aspects of the audit of the annual financial statements.
  • Preparation of the annual Estimated Income and Expenditure statement and Insurance Replacement schedule.
